Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Writing Inspector. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms, whether for yourself or an organization.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You agree not to use Writing Inspector to:

• Submit content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Produce material that is unlawful, defamatory, or designed to harass or harm others.
• Misrepresent authorship where doing so violates a law, an academic integrity policy, or a contract you're bound by.
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the service, or attempt to scrape or reverse engineer it.
• Interfere with the service's operation, or circumvent security or rate limits.

"Unlimited" analyses and rewrites are meant for normal individual use. We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse or automated bulk processing, and we'll contact you before acting on a good-faith account.

Writing Inspector is offered on two paid plans: Pro Monthly at $19.99 per month, and Pro Yearly at $149 per year. Both include the same features.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable sales tax; its own terms govern the payment transaction itself.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• We may change prices, but not mid-period — existing subscribers get notice before a change applies to their next renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or confirmation email, or by contacting karimsaad687@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

Writing Inspector uses artificial intelligence, including models provided by Anthropic, to analyze and rewrite text. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being relied upon. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before publishing, submitting, or otherwise relying on it.

You own the text you submit, and you own the output you get back. We claim no rights over either beyond the limited permission needed to process your request and deliver your results.

We own the service itself — the software, interface, and branding. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We aim to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
